We have two recruitment options for you to choose from as listed below.

Option 1 includes the following:

  • Network with over a hundred physician search firms sharing thousands of active physician candidates.
  • Post your opportunity on Integrity’s website. 
  • Post your job on other effective niche physician job posting websites. 
  • Market Integrity in magazines and on search engines. 
  • Tap into our own database of thousands of physicians we have networked with over the years.
  • Screen candidates and make sure they fit with the vision and values you have set for your practice.
  • Make sure all parties are communicating and understanding each other and staying in contact. 
  • Set up interviews and debrief both candidate and client after interview.
  • Assist with negotiations and contract signing. 
  • Continue to be a recruiting service that you can trust.  

Option 2 saves you $2,400 in fees and includes the above plus more direct marketing:

  • Post your practice opportunity on high traffic websites until we have found a physician to join you.
  • Use other means of effective Internet marketing.
  • Send out a targeted mailer to physicians around the country who could have a direct interest in being in your particular area due to being born, educated, trained or licensed in your state or the surrounding states.  This mailer would direct market your opportunity to them.  
  • We would also use many other direct marketing means such as faxing campaigns, job opportunity newsletters, and journal advertising
