  2. Assist you in creating a working description of your opportunity. This is a necessary process for your own planning, and is crucial in presenting your opening to potential candidates.
  3. Post a description of your opening for maximum exposure in our various marketing avenues.
  4. Identify Potential Candidates. This step includes a multi-faceted search plan and process. It also includes professionally screening candidates based on the client's requirements and specifications.
  5. Present your Opening to Potential Candidates in a positive and realistic light.
  6. Interview Prospective Candidates.
  7. Recommend selected candidates for interview by the client.
  8. Schedule Interviews.
  9. Prepare Client and Candidate for Interview in an honest and thorough manner.
  10. We can assist during negotiations and the closing of the deal
